My name is Frederik Schaaf Ph.D
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Medicine Health Coach with a Ph.D in Sports Science as well as a Life/Relationship coach who specializes in helping business professionals 40+ reclaim their strength, confidence, and health — without extremes.
