The Reclaim Program

 

1.Overview

The Reclaim Program (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides coaching services related to fitness, strength training, nutrition guidance, lifestyle habits, and personal development. By accessing this website, submitting an application, booking a strategy call, or purchasing any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

 

2. Services Disclaimer (Important)

 

The Reclaim Program provides coaching and educational services only.

We do not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Medical diagnosis

  • Medical treatment

  • Therapy or mental health counseling

Any information related to fitness, nutrition, lab insights, DEXA scans, or lifestyle habits is for educational and coaching purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your exercise, nutrition, or health routine.

 

 

3. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

 

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are physically and mentally capable of participating in coaching

  • You voluntarily choose to participate

  • You take full responsibility for your health, decisions, and outcomes

Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

 

 

4. Strategy Calls & Applications

 

Booking a strategy call does not guarantee acceptance into The Reclaim Program.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline applications

  • Refer individuals elsewhere if not a good fit

  • Cancel or reschedule calls when necessary

Strategy calls are intended for clarity and fit — not free coaching or medical consultation.

 

 

5. Payments & Billing

​

  • All payments must be made in full or according to agreed payment plans

  • Prices, program structure, and duration are discussed prior to purchase

  • Payment processors may include Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or similar platforms

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for agreed services

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

 

 

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because The Reclaim Program offers personalized coaching and custom programming, refunds are limited.

Coaching Programs

  • All sales are final once services begin

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • Missed sessions

    • Partial participation

    • Change of mind

    • Lack of results

    • Failure to follow guidance

Strategy Calls

  • If a paid call applies (if applicable), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed calls or late cancellations are non-refundable

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in rare cases such as:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Extenuating life circumstances

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

 

 

7. HSA / FSA Disclaimer

 

Some services may be eligible for HSA reimbursement depending on your individual plan.

We do not guarantee reimbursement and do not provide tax or insurance advice. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility with your provider.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content, programs, materials, videos, text, and resources provided by The Reclaim Program are our intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Distribute

  • Share

  • Resell

  • Reproduce materials

Without written permission.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Reclaim Program is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation

  • You agree to release and hold harmless The Reclaim Program from claims arising from your participation

You participate at your own risk.

 

 

10. Termination of Services

 

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Behavior is abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe

  • Payments fail or are disputed

 

 

11. Privacy

 

Your use of this website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected and used.

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
